  2. To report the lost or theft of your Purch@sing card, call the VISA Desjardins customer service line:

  3. How do I replace a damaged card?
  4. A request must be made by the authorized person, either by fax to (514) 397-0404 or 1 888 875-0444, or by mail to:

    The request must include:

    • information that the card has been destroyed (cut in half)
    • the number of the damaged card
    • the cardholder's name.
    • the signature of the authorized person.

  5. How do I get an additional card?
  6. A request must be mabe by the authorized person either by fax to (514) 397-0404 or 1 888 875-0444, or by mail to:

    The request must include:

    • The main account number and the name of your company;
    • the other cardholder's and the desired credit limit;
    • the signature of the primary administrator of the card program.

  7. May I request a card renewal in advance?
  8. The person responsible for the account mayh request that the Purch@sing card be renewed 60 days before the expiry date. The request must be made in writing and sent to the following address:

  19. I used to have Purch@sing account. How do I reactivate it?
  20. An account may be reactivated if it has been closed for less than one year. However, there must not have been a change in ownership or shareholder in that time. If there has, you will have to fill out a new application form. If the account is exactly as it was at closing, it can be reopened. Requests for reactivation must be made in writing and faxed to (514) 397-0404, or they may be mailed to the following address:
