- How do I replace a damaged card?
A request must be made by the authorized person, either by fax to (514) 397-0404 or 1 888 875-0444, or by mail to:

The request must include:
- information that the card has been destroyed (cut in half)
- the number of the damaged card

- I used to have Purch@sing account. How do I reactivate it?
An account may be reactivated if it has been closed for less than one year. However, there must not have been a change in ownership or shareholder in that time. If there has, you will have to fill out a new application form. If the account is exactly
as it was at closing, it can be reopened. Requests for reactivation must be made in writing and faxed to (514) 397-0404, or they may be mailed to the following address:
